Adwokat. She specialises in data protection and privacy issues, in particular in the HR area. Represents clients in proceedings before the supervisory authority, including in the context of personal data protection violations. Karolina participates in the negotiation of agreements concerning the processing of personal data. She is involved in the structuring of international data flows within and outside capital groups. She advises clients on day-to-day personal data issues, which includes responding to data subject requests, preparing privacy policies, conducting DPIAs, balance testing, structuring HR and marketing processes in accordance with the GDPR. She conducts due diligence audits and advises on personal data issues in a transactional context.

She has extensive experience in implementing the GDPR and advising Polish and international entities in the field of personal data in, among others, the fields of medicine, financial services, logistics, food and beverage, sports and e-commerce.
